Mikala's Sweet-Heart Treats
In one bowl, mix together:
1 cup sesame butter
1/2 cup raw honey
2 tsp vanilla
In another bowl, mix together:
1/2 cup grated coconut
1 cup raisins
4 tbsp. raw carob powder
2 tsp. Alpha Sun® (12 capsules)
2 tsp. Omega Sun® (12 capsules)
Combine the two mixes together
thoroughly. Refrigerate if too sticky to form into balls. Form
into balls and roll them in grated coconut or in raw carob powder.
Refrigerate or freeze.
This recipe makes about 100
delicious Sweet-Heart Treats.
